What is Edviro and what does the platform actually do?
Edviro is a vendor-neutral AI intelligence and execution layer for the people who run buildings — starting with K-12 public school districts. It connects the systems a facilities team already uses — utility bills, meters and interval data, BMS/BAS exports, schedules, sensors, and work-order systems — learns how each building normally behaves, and closes the loop from finding energy waste to fixing it to proving the fix worked.
"Closes the loop" is the part that matters. Most energy tools stop at a dashboard: they display consumption and leave the finding, diagnosing, fixing, and proving to the team. Edviro is built around the rest of the sequence.
Ingest and learn. Bills show cost, interval data shows timing, the BAS shows equipment behavior, schedules show intent, and work orders show operating history. Edviro unifies them and learns a baseline of normal behavior for each building.
Detect. Against that baseline, it continuously flags schedule drift, after-hours runtime, demand spikes, equipment faults, and billing anomalies — the ways waste actually shows up, which is rarely as a line item.
Decide. A flag is not a decision. Edviro carries each finding to a likely cause and ranks it by cost, payback, and operational impact, because no facilities team can chase everything at once.
Act. Findings become drafted or routed work orders in the team's existing workflow. Where the integration, permissions, and customer authorization are in place, Edviro can also adjust supported setpoints and schedules directly.
Verify. Every change is compared against the learned baseline in real meter and billing data, with board-ready reporting designed to support IPMVP-standard workflows. Installation is not the finish line; verified performance is.

What Edviro is not
Edviro does not replace facilities staff, the BMS, or the CMMS — it augments them, and the team stays in control. It does not make control changes without the necessary integration and authorization. And it does not guarantee savings: Edviro has publicly reported saving clients six figures across multiple buildings to date, and any district should read that the way it reads every vendor number — results depend on building conditions, utility rates, operational authority, and the scope of approved changes. The credible pattern is modeled expectations, stated assumptions, and verification against real data after action.
